1. To represent our manufacturers to the best of our ability at all times and to build long term - mutually beneficial relationships between the manufacturer and the dealer or distributor.  
2. Provide honest, ethical, creative and professional representation to the dealers and distributors we sell and service. To establish long term relationships built on trust which will enable us to be an effective liaison between the manufacturer and dealer/distributor.
3. Establish clearly defined goals for each manufacturer we represent. Institute a plan of action to be monitored monthly and reviewed quarterly, that will enable successful attainment of the same.

The Mid-Atlantic and North East markets provide manufacturers a vast opportunity for several reasons. The major ones being the traditionally high employment, higher than average per capita income, the dynamic economic strength of the region along with a strong base of accounts; independent, regional and national.
