Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead outside sales efforts in the Carolinas These roles require a balance of new business development and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll act as the front-line brand ambassador for our manufacturers, providing solutions and support to help clients succeed.
Responsibilities
- 
Develop and grow a robust pipeline of new integrators, dealers, and partners 
- 
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts to drive growth 
- 
Conduct in-person visits, product demos, and training sessions across your territory 
- 
Serve as the technical liaison between manufacturers and resellers—delivering honest, expert advice 
- 
Represent multiple professional AVL lines with integrity and a service-first mindset 
- 
Report sales activities, trends, and feedback to leadership 
- 
Participate in trade shows, regional events, and trainings as needed 
Qualifications
- 
3+ years of experience in the professional AVL industry or a technical sales role 
- 
​Hands-on experience with DMX/SACN lighting control systems—must understand protocols, setup, and field troubleshooting 
- 
Strong working knowledge of professional audio, video and lighting products 
- 
Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
- 
Comfortable with travel throughout the assigned territory 
- 
Based within the assigned territory
